Also serving researchers, economists and transparency journalists: population-level, citable historical datasets for one full EU member state - including a CAP-payment archive preserved beyond the official two-year publication window.
26 official sources from 14 state institutions, each with a declared update cadence and a logged sync history. Where we publish a coverage number, it is one already visible on fermos.lt - nothing inflated. Cadence reflects the source schedule; the actual content coverage of every delivery (the date the data reaches) is documented alongside the data itself.
One resolved subject per real farm or agri-business: name, legal form, activity, municipality, coordinates, registration dates - the join key for everything else.
Revenue, profit, equity, assets and liabilities per fiscal year, sourced 4-7 weeks ahead of the national open-data portal.
Payment histories by program and fund, preserved beyond the official two-year publication window - an archive that cannot be rebuilt later.
238,888 payment records
Herd locations plus monthly herd-by-species counts at municipality and eldership precision, kept as append-only snapshots.
Year × municipality × crop: hectares and field counts aggregated from official field-level declarations.
National benchmark price series for grain and cattle (live, forecast-grade history); milk and fish series delivered as history with a documented end date.
Named state-controlled food and vet operators with inspection outcomes, violation and sanction flags.
~119,000 named operators
VAT registration status, weekly tax-arrears trajectories (append-only trend, not just a flag) and annual taxes paid as a positive signal.
Bankruptcy and restructuring processes with start, finish and status, plus late-filer and non-filer compliance flags.
EU TRACES organic certificates with product scope and validity windows; the named phytosanitary register of plant growers and traders.
Registered vehicle and machinery fleet per legal entity: tractor counts, categories, fuel, top makes and fleet age.
Manager and board records published by the state company register, plus shareholder composition counts by kind.
Public-procurement food-supply contract archive with values and dates; named yearly water abstraction - the only open aquaculture and irrigation layer.
Municipality-level benchmark series with history back to 1991, including the official farmer-farm denominator.
81,935 farmer farms (official count, 2026-06-01)
This is the offer available today: a dataset scoped to your question, delivered in your format, on your cadence. Six clauses we hold ourselves to on every project.
01
One-off files or recurring drops: CSV, JSON, Parquet, a dedicated API endpoint, or webhook push built for your pipeline. We match your stack, not the other way around.
02
One company stitched across financials, taxes, subsidies, herds, certificates, fleet and procurement - plus documented, reversible name-matching with per-link confidence where codes are absent.
03
Append-only snapshots, never overwritten: weekly tax-arrears trajectories, monthly herd counts, price series, and a CAP-payment archive preserved beyond the official two-year window.
04
The scrapers, database and export tooling already run in production - a custom dataset is configuration on top of working infrastructure, not a greenfield project. Scoped proposal within 1 business day.
05
Custom datasets are aggregates, legal entities and derived signals. Natural persons appear at municipality precision exactly as the state publishes them; masked data stays masked, coded recipients stay coded.
06
Every source has a declared update cadence and staleness window, every run is logged, and deliveries carry a per-family last-updated stamp. Nothing without an update guarantee is sold as an updating feed.
A self-serve REST API over the same database is under development: market overview, per-company risk signals built on a transparent 0-100 distress score, sector concentration metrics, and a deterministic stress-simulation endpoint whose results reproduce exactly for auditability.
It has no public pricing yet, because it has not launched - we will publish prices when it does, not before. Until then, pilot API access can be arranged as part of a custom project: keys are issued per client while the public launch is prepared.
01
EU rules oblige member states to keep subsidy-beneficiary data online for only two years, and most portals then remove it. Our append-only archive of Lithuanian CAP payments - 238,888 records - turns a compliance publication into a durable longitudinal asset no one can rebuild later.
02
Agricultural supply chains typically represent 70-80% of a food company's footprint, and EU sustainability reporting now demands defensible upstream evidence. For Lithuania that evidence sits in Lithuanian-only registries - the ones this database reads on schedule.
03
The EU's own FADN/FSDN network samples roughly 80,000 farms across the whole union, with restricted access. Here you get population-level coverage of one full EU member state: every registered subject, official sources, historical snapshots.
Custom data projects are quoted per project once we understand scope - dataset families, format, refresh cadence and history depth all move the effort. The self-serve API has no published pricing yet because it has not launched, and we will not invent a number before it exists. Describing your need costs nothing and gets a concrete proposal within 1 business day.
Everything derives from official registries the Lithuanian state publishes itself. Natural-person farmers appear only at municipality precision, data the source masks stays masked, and small CAP recipients published only as numeric codes stay coded. Custom datasets consist of aggregates, legal entities and derived signals - never natural-person personal data beyond what the state itself publishes.
No - we do not market at-risk company lists. We sell risk signals as data: insolvency and bankruptcy status from official process registries, transparent financial indicators and market-concentration metrics. How you weigh those signals, and every decision built on them, stays with you.
Each source updates on its own declared cadence - weekly for tax arrears and support calls, monthly for financials, herds and prices, yearly for crop declarations and the CAP archive. Every scraper run is logged, and deliveries carry an honest per-family last-updated stamp. Sources without a current update guarantee are excluded from recurring feeds.
CSV and JSON exports ship today; Parquet, a dedicated API endpoint or webhook push are built per project as custom development. Deliveries can be one-off files or recurring drops aligned to each source's update cadence.
Yes - volatile facts are stored as append-only snapshots that are never overwritten: weekly tax-arrears trajectories, monthly herd and price series, a CAP-payment archive kept beyond the official two-year publication window, and municipal statistics with history back to 1991.
Yes. The public site is Lithuanian, but custom extracts ship with English documentation, and all correspondence and support for international clients is in English.
